Global Debt Recovery
IDR Worldwide started back in 2011 as a cross-border specialist in collections. We continue to grow, now providing tracing and debt recovery services for ten major banks in the Middle East, including two regional giants and one internationally renowned bank with branches across the UK, Europe, USA, Asia and the Middle East. Our expertise lies predominantly in managing consumer liabilities, such as credit card debt and unsecured loans. However, through our own law firm, IDR Legal, we also manage a portfolio of business debts, many of which are secured by directors’ personal guarantees. For our overseas lenders, IDR consistently manages in excess of £150 million of consumer debt at any given time, demonstrating our capacity and commitment to providing effective, lasting solutions.
UK Debt Recovery
At IDR Worldwide, we specialise in the sensitive and ethical recovery of various types of debt, ensuring solutions that are fair, affordable, and lasting for everyone involved.
In the UK, IDR Worldwide focuses on the recovery of:
- Regulated bank lending to consumers, ensuring fair and manageable repayment plans.
- Unregulated bank lending to businesses, working towards equitable solutions for all parties.
- Business-to-business liabilities, addressing debts owed to both solvent and insolvent businesses.
- Liabilities within all types of insolvent estates, such as individual bankruptcies and company liquidations or administrations.
- Liabilities arising from an individual’s death, handled with the utmost care and sensitivity.
Our approach is designed to provide compassionate debt recovery services, helping you find the best possible outcome, no matter the surrounding financial circumstances.
Skip Tracing Services
Skip tracing is a process used by debt collection agencies, investigators and other professionals to locate individuals who have become difficult to find or, sometimes, who have intentionally gone into hiding. It involves gathering and analysing credit bureau data, such as postal addresses, email addresses and phone numbers, to track down a person’s current whereabouts.
Skip tracing is employed principally to locate the current whereabouts of bank customers. Our tracing tools also help us to identify assets against which legal judgments can be enforced. All of IDR Worldwide’s tracing tools are GDPR compliant.
