At IDR Worldwide, we specialise in the sensitive and ethical recovery of various types of debt
Our task is to negotiate solutions that are fair, affordable, and lasting – so helpful and effective for both lender and borrower. In the UK, IDR Worldwide focuses mainly on the recovery of regulated bank lending to consumers. However, we also manage unregulated bank lending to businesses (often secured by personal guarantees given by company directors). We also provide boutique debt collection solutions to a number of Insolvency Practitioners appointed as trustees in bankruptcy to individuals, or as administrators/liquidators to companies. Finally, we provide a very sensitive service to lenders in the collection of liabilities owed by customers who have passed away.
Our Process
Step One
We send you a letter, email or SMS detailing your account situation and inviting you to get in touch with us.
Step Two
Get in touch. Everyone’s situation is different and we are here to help you work towards agreeing an affordable repayment plan based on your individual circumstances. You will have a single point of contact the whole time you are with us.
Step Three
Complete our budget calculator on our website (or we can email this to you if you prefer). This will help us to calculate what you can afford to repay based on your current financial situation.
Step Four
We work with you to agree a repayment solution which is affordable. We continue to support you throughout the repayment process and provide written confirmation when your debt has been cleared.
