Can a debt collection agency contact me in the UK for debt I have from overseas?

Yes, if you have debts from another country and moved back to the UK, a debt collection agency may contact you. Debt collection agencies can work across borders and collect ‘overseas’ debts through legal proceedings here in the UK.

If I have health issues what do I do?

We understand that health conditions, both physical and mental, can affect people’s ability to manage their finances and/or communicate with us. If your health is having an impact on the management of your finances, please let us know so our team can offer the support you need. We may ask for your consent to note any health conditions to ensure we provide the right assistance.
